IS YOUR EVENT CHIP‑TIMED?

Yes, our event is chip-timed and accurately measured.

WHEN DO ENTRIES CLOSE BEFORE AN EVENT? CAN I REGISTER ON THE DAY?

Entries typically close when the event sells out or a couple of days before the event.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE EVENT?

You will receive all race information via email and our social media channels.

I CAN’T MAKE THE EVENT; CAN I HAVE A REFUND?

According to the General Terms of Participation accessible on the website and due to the nature of the event, the registration fee is unfortunately not refundable even if you are not able to attend the event.

DO WE COLLECT OUR TIMING CHIP, T-SHIRT, AND RACE NUMBER ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT?

Please ensure you collect your timing chip and race number from the Race Village on 10-12 December 2025.

DO YOU HAVE A BAGGAGE DROP? DO YOU CHARGE FOR IT?

Yes, we will provide a baggage drop, and it is FREE to use. A member of staff will manage the station while you run.

ARE THERE WATER STATIONS?

Yes, water stations are aid stations are shown on the course maps.

WHAT DO I GET AT THE END OF THE RACE?

When you finish, you can help yourself to water and snacks. You will also receive a medal!

WHERE CAN I FIND MY RESULTS AFTER THE EVENT?

Your results will be available on the website, and you will get notified by email and through our social media channels.

AM I ALLOWED TO WEAR HEADPHONES?

We strongly advise against wearing headphones. Due to the nature of the event, it is important to be aware of your surroundings and able to hear instructions from marshals.
